Nor do I need to tell you about how great spinach is. Together, wonderful, but it's Sunday morning and I've got an active day ahead, so a starchy breakfast is not at all a bad thing.
Fries ... chips, frites, whatever your language, they're always best cooked in animal fats.
Thinly cut, par-boiled and fried off in goose fat ... perfect!
