Chilli Prawn Starter

... just a quick and simple starter.

Marinate some prawns in garlic, chilli and coriander with a little lemon juice for an hour, or so.

Fry off a rasher of streaky bacon and cut into the number of prawns.

Place a slice of cucumber or tomato per prawn on a plate, top with bacon, then the prawn, then any leftover marinade and garnish with some herbs.
